For creators with an audience, not a business

You make the content. We run the business behind it.

Ex Arca builds your digital product, runs the storefront it sells from, and handles every buyer who comes through it. You stay a creator — nothing about your week has to change.

01 — The short version

Why this works

You're already giving away the valuable part. We just put a price on it.

Every time you answer a DM, break down your process, or explain your setup, you hand someone the exact thing they'd have paid for — one person at a time, for free.

A digital product is that same knowledge, written down once and sold for years. We build it, we run the shop it sells through, and we deal with everyone who buys it. You're not becoming a salesperson or learning to run a store — you're finally charging for the part people were already asking for.

02 — Offering

What we build

Three formats.
One common thread.

We don't guess which one you need. We build the format your audience has already been asking you for.

Ebooks & Guides

Everything you know about one thing, in a book someone can buy at midnight and finish before morning. Cheapest to make, fastest to launch — the right first product for most creators.

One-time · fastest launch

Online Courses

A real curriculum built from what you already teach for free — structured so someone goes from lost to capable without messaging you once. Biggest build, biggest ticket.

Highest value per sale

Template Packs

Canva kits, Notion systems, presets, swipe files. The tools you built for yourself, cleaned up and sold to people who want your workflow more than your advice.

Evergreen · zero upkeep

What you know is the asset. We're the ones who open it.

03 — Method

How it works

Three steps.
We handle two of them.

You send one email at the start and post when it goes live. The build, the shop, the buyers and everything after launch sits with us.

STEP 01

You write to us

One email: your niche, roughly how big your audience is, and the question people ask you most. We write back with what we'd build and why. If we don't think there's a product in there, we say so instead of selling you a build.

STEP 02

We build it

Writing, design, structure, the storefront and the checkout — all built here. You read drafts and say yes or not quite. Your voice and your name, our hands.

STEP 03

We run it

The shop goes live under your brand and stays ours to operate — pages, pricing, buyer questions, refunds, updates, relaunches. You post about it when it suits you. That's the whole ongoing ask.

04 — Division

Who does what

You keep being a creator.
We keep being the business.

Worth being clear about this before you talk to us, because it's the part most agencies leave vague. Ex Arca isn't a build-and-hand-over shop — we build the product and then we run it.

Yours

Everything that makes it yours

  • Your audience and every relationship in it — we never contact them as us
  • Your name, face and brand on the product
  • The knowledge and content inside it — nothing goes out without your sign-off
  • The majority of every sale: 60% in year one, 75% after that

Ours

Everything you'd rather not do

  • The storefront, its pages and how the product is presented
  • Pricing, checkout, payment setup and the platform it all runs on
  • Every buyer question, refund and support message that comes in
  • Updates, fixes and relaunches for as long as it's selling

In plain terms: you own the thing that makes it worth buying, we own and run the machine that sells it. That's why there's nothing for you to pay upfront and nothing for you to manage afterwards — and it's why our share continues rather than stopping at delivery. We're not charging you for work we finished last year; we're running your shop this month.

05 — Terms

What it costs

You never pay us upfront.
We're paid out of what it earns.

One arrangement. No packages to compare, no build fee to find. You keep the majority from the very first sale, and your share goes up after the first year.

$0

upfront, always

No build fee, no deposit, no minimum. We cover the full cost of building your product and running the shop it sells from, and take our share out of what it earns. If it earns nothing, you owe us nothing — the risk sits with us, which is exactly why we only take on products we believe will sell.

yours from the first sale

You 60%Ex Arca 40%

The first year carries the cost of building it. Our share is at its highest here — and it still only pays us if the product actually sells. Nothing is owed if it doesn't.

Phase 02 · Year two onward

75%

yours, permanently

You 75%Ex Arca 25%

Once the build has paid for itself your share steps up and stays there. We hold a quarter for as long as it sells, because we're still running it — the shop, the buyers, the updates, the relaunches to followers you gain after launch.

The one thing we ask in return: that you actually launch it. An agreed handful of posts and one email to your list within 30 days of going live. We're carrying the entire build cost, so a product nobody hears about doesn't work for either of us — and saying that plainly upfront beats discovering it later. Sales run through the shop we operate, and your share is paid out to you on a fixed schedule with the order numbers shared every cycle.

06 — Fit

Right fit

Four signs you're
already ready.

The creators we do our best work with have the audience and the knowledge. The only missing piece is the thing to sell.

People regularly message you asking how you did something

You've thought about selling something and stalled on what it should be

You want income that doesn't need you live, on camera, or answering another message

You'd rather someone else ran the shop than spend a year learning to run one

07 — Questions

Before you ask

The doubts
everyone has.

Nearly every creator we speak to raises at least three of these. Here's the honest answer to each.

I don't think I know enough to teach anyone.

This is the first thing almost everyone says. You don't need to be the best in the world — you need to be further along than the person buying. If people already ask you how you did something, you're far enough ahead to be worth paying. Write to us and we'll look for the specific gap you can close for them — and we'll be honest if we don't think it's there yet.

Won't my audience think I've sold out?

They think that when a creator promotes something that isn't theirs and isn't good. A product built from what you already give away reads as generous, not greedy — you're saving people the work of piecing it together from your posts. We also write the launch messaging so it sounds like you explaining something, not you pitching at them.

How much of my time does this actually take?

One email at the start, then reading drafts as they come. You don't write, design, edit, host, price or set anything up — and once it's live you never run the shop, answer a buyer or process a refund. If you can find a few hours across the whole build, that's enough.

What if it doesn't sell?

Then you've learned something cheaply and you still own an asset. Digital products cost nothing to hold — no stock, no shipping, no expiry date — so a product that sells slowly still earns for years. We'd rather build one honest product that genuinely fits your audience than a bigger one that doesn't.

Who owns the product once it's built?

You own the content, your name and brand on it, and your audience — permanently, and we can't use any of it elsewhere. What we own and operate is the machine around it: the storefront, the checkout, the buyer support. That split is the deal. You never handle a refund request or a broken payment link, and we never put anything out under your name that you haven't approved.

What does it cost?

Nothing upfront, ever. There is no build fee and no deposit — we cover the entire cost of making it. We're paid out of sales instead: 40% for the first twelve months, then 25% from year two onward. If it never sells, you never pay us anything at all.

What happens when the first 12 months are up?

Your share goes up. It moves from 60% to 75% and stays there permanently. Our cut never grows over time — it only shrinks, once. The first year carries the cost of building the thing; after that we hold a quarter for as long as it keeps selling.

Why do you keep a cut permanently?

Because we never stop working on it. We didn't charge you to build it, and we're still running it years later — the shop, the buyer questions, the fixes when something breaks, the updates when your niche moves, the relaunches to followers who weren't there the first time. The quarter isn't a royalty on work we finished once; it's what running the shop costs. If we walked away, it would stop selling.

The shop is yours — so how do I know I'm paid what I'm owed?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that this is the part you're trusting us with. Because we run the storefront, sales land with us and your share is paid out to you rather than split at the till. So we make it checkable: you get the order numbers every payout cycle, on a fixed schedule, without having to ask. If the reporting ever stops being clear enough for you, that's a problem with how we're working — say so and we'll fix it.

How long until it's live?

Ebooks and template packs move fastest. Courses take longer because there's filming and structure to get right. We'll give you a real date once we've seen what you already have, rather than a guess here — we'd rather quote honestly than quickly.

Do I need a big following for this to work?

Less than people assume. A small audience that trusts you converts better than a large one that scrolls past. What matters is whether people come to you for something specific — a few thousand engaged followers in a clear niche is plenty to launch a first product.
